admon-0.1 is almost finished

Currently I'm focusing on the notification subset,
It seems it does not work in the same way as what it does in 1.1.x / 1.2.x series

Admon-0.1 is fully Zabbix-1.8 based, without any new features, instead, some of its components have been deleted completely. A generic changelog can be described as below:

    * All SNMP related materials have been removed. It's possible to implement SNMP in a smart way.
    * Monitoring rules on IPMI, SSH, Telnet and ODBC removed as well. They should not be must-have features.
    * Rename the source code directies and files. More decent names for this well-designed application, so I use sender, geter, crawl/crawler and master instead of zabbix_*.
    * Chinese language translation enhanced.
